This is you basic ISO9001 / AS91XX Training presented by Stephen Clay.  I will be sharing with you what I wish every organization did in order to increase CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, avoid Registrar Non-Conformities, and generally have a near-zero stress Registrar Audit.  This will be a recorded event and for those attending all three days, you will be emailed a ISO9001 / AS91XX Internal Auditor Training Certificate.  No training certificate will be awarded to those attending one or two days.  Log-In starts at 0730 CST each day.  The daily schedule is 8 - 12 and 1230 - 4:30 pm.  Email you payment confirmation code to [email protected], and I will reply with the TEAMs link for the training, and digital files for exercises.
